| First we have a courier service pickup your computer at your
home or office whichever is most convenient for you. All that
the courier picks up is the computer, no cables, keyboards,
mice, monitors, modems nothing but the computer. Once we
receive the computer we read the notes you gave the courier and
begin our diagnostics. Once the hardware tests have completed we
begin looking for rootkits then spyware and on and on until your
system is clean. In the past it has taken as long as seventy two hours
but normally twenty four hours to
completely rid a computer infested with problems. Once your
system is fixed the courier service delivers your system to
you after a call from us notifying you of the delivery. There
is not one program or magic bullet that can rid your computer of
all infestations. There are many software companies even ISPs
(like AOL) that claim they can clean your system but they can't
clean all of them. We can because we use approximately ten
different methods to clean your computer.

computer in your home we would spend as much as 30 hours to do
