Network

This shows a clean installation of the network and computer cables at a workstation. All cables have been fastened to the bottom of the desk and all cable to the data room are inside the walls and ceiling.

Computer/Telephony Integration

We use existing and emerging technologies to create lower operating costs. Such as VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) for lower long distance telephone bills and creating cheap, secure lines of communication (voice or fax) between offices. We can have calls routed to certain extensions depending on time of day. For instance if someone calls at 3:00am in your time zone but it is 12:00pm at your other office the caller would be routed to the extension in this office and the customer would not know and this call transfer would cost nothing. We can also give the employee information such as the caller's account information on his computer screen prior to them answering the phone.
